‘Beautiful, calming, sumptuous 'hansel and gretal' type retreat in the middle of nature. The location was absolutely beautiful - very tranquil and I felt immersed in nature! The hosts have considered absolutely everything, there were a number of little touches (candles, seating areas outside, quality glassware, lovely linens) that really did go the extra mile. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It was impeccably clean. I would LOVE to go back. There is absolutely nothing that could have been done better. It was perfect.’

‘An incredible save-the-day find to celebrate our 1st Wedding Anniversary after a booking at our venue had to be cancelled due to weather damage.
Everything as described, all information required available and host only too happy to help with additional info where needed. Very easy to communicate with. And, albeit we did not ask for it,we were welcomed by a "Happy Anniversary" banner which was a lovely touch of class. Sometimes it's the simple things that make a great host / venue and that was very much appreciated.
Would book again, and in fact already considering another booking in the Summer to make benefit of the surrounding area.’

The cabin is gorgeous! Clean, cosy & stylish. The grounds are simply stunning with lots of quirky little surprises to stumble over.
Cannot recommend Punch Tree highly enough for a wee getaway from the daily grind!’

‘A comfortable and relaxing cabin, in the middle of a serene forest. What more could you want for a cosy weekend away? The shower and bathroom are modern and work well, and the bed is very comfy. Everything was cleaned to a high standard, and our host made us feel very welcome.’

‘Absolutely stunning from the private space to the lodge. Everything you need is here and more, hosts could also not do anymore very friendly and welcoming while giving you space.
Hot tub at night is something I will never forgot, surrounded by fairy lights and beautiful trees it feels very private and connected to nature. Can’t wait to go back.’

‘This was a lovely little spot for a quiet break from the world. Host was very helpful and friendly and taught us everything we needed to know about running the wood fired hot tub. They did a very good job of balancing presence and interaction, being there if we needed anything, with privacy and distance, allowing us a peaceful space to enjoy some time away from it all.’
